Nearly didnt write todays blog as i am aching from head to toe, as i did my first PT session yesterday which was amazing. Havnt had doms like this in a while but it will be all worth it in the end. Been planning some meals aswell as i am changing my nutrition aswell, no point doing all this excerise when you are just going to eat crap.
Havnt read any inspiring quotes today, but i did read my star sign today which totes relates to me and what i have ben thinking the last few weeks. , i read it in OK Extra mag which comes free with a paper, it says:

Random Dos and Donts of the Day:
1. DO make sure you have a drink on your bedside table if you have a bad cough and you dont feel well because you will wake up coughing and not being able to breath and a drink does help.
2. DONT tell your nan that you are changing your eating habits to more healthier things from monday as she will try and give you a load of chocolate and sweets and say its your last treat (no thanks nan)
3. DO make sure you press save before closing your blog as you will lose the blog you have just written and have to rewrite it, like i have just had to do.
