Had a bit of a crappy day today.. I put it down to having a crappy night sleep, my brain just wouldnt switch off for some reason.. So sleep deprived equals crappy and moody day.. But that changed a little bit when i was on the bus on way to work.. I was flicking through the Metro (free paper that you get on trains and buses), and on the front it said:
`Dont Dream Of Winning, Train For It``!
This made me smile, i am getting lucky this month. The last three days i have been seeing random inspirational sayings.. Then when i turned the page over, i read:
`Make The Next 12 Months The Year Of You. Every Athlete Everybody. Its Time To Bring Your Best Then better It. Whatever You Do!`
And this got me thinking again, i am going to make this year about me :)
Random Dos and Donts Of The Day:
1. DONT Put Off Till Tomorrow What You Can Do Today
2. DONT shut your work locker door on your finger as it hurts :(
3. Do make sure you try and have the right change most of the time when you get the bus as you get evil looks and moaned at my bus drivers
