Back On Track

Well it has been a whole week since i have last done my blog, reasons why i havnt done it are: a) forgot 
b)had a lot of things on my mind and c) been busy. but i am back on track now and also my friend Sara asked me why i havnt blogged in ages, she missed reading it dont know why though lol. :) so thanks to her i am back blogging again.

Does anyone else think that today has gone soo slow! its been one of the slowests days ever, i would look at the clock and then i feel like 30 mins has passed and look at it again but only been 5 mins gone by.. Looking forward to tomorrow though. Roll on half 5 because i am off fri,sat and sun.. very long weekend :) Also going to see The Wanted on friday, cant bloody wait :):)

Also i learnt this week what Lent was :) i caused a big stir on twitter over it but thanks to Karen,Sara and Ali i know what it is hehe... here is the link that i read:

Sorry i havnt done a blog in about 5 days, just keep forgetting and been really busy to be honest. Nothing really to comment on the last few days, just the odd thing here and there. Firstly i was watching Gok Wans teen naked truth programme on tuesday and it was about bullying.

This brought back memories about when i got bullied when i was 13 till i was 14 when i moved to aussie. Was crying all the way through that programme, then i got a lovely text from a lovely friend called Sara who basically made me feel a lot better and said that its all in the past and i have moved on and become a better person :) and they are all jealous. Just want to say thanks hun :)

Work has been lovely this week, its been half term so half the kids havnt been in. So its been really quiet and nice and relaxing :) Today was funny though. Were i work, over the road is a park and today as 8.10am there was a PT and a client. The PT must of been training the client, but he didnt have a clue what he was doing. He was doing pushups all wrong and was doing burpees all wrong too. Felt like going over and telling him how to do it lol. Also the client looked like she couldnt be assed, wasnt even putting any effort into boxing, practically walking around the edge of the park instead of running. Then to TOP THINGS OFF, they only trained for 20 MINS!!! Bloody pathetic!! how can u get results with a 20 min workout which she didnt even put effort into anyways!! some people these days lol.

Chef Jadey :)

Is it me or has today dragged?? Being unwell hasnt helped too, feel sick and got a banging headache. Also got pains in stomach and a sore throat. And i keep getting hot and cold, i think i have nuemonia lol. But this afternoon was a little better, i made gingerbread people with the kids in work and they actually turned out ok, not uncooked and not burnt to a crisp. Just perfection!!! :) and all the kids had one and ate all of it, was even asking for more, i was soo happy lol. I will be starting my own cooking show this time next year hehe. :)

I can not wait until 5.30 tomorrow, WEEKEND :) and i am doing nothing as usual hehe. apart from xtremebootcamp sat morning and pt sess saturday afternoon. but i am staying in like i do nearly every weekend, hardly any social life lol.

Demon Drink

Hey, Sorry guys i havnt wrote my blog in five days. Naughty me!!! I have just forgotten and been quite busy to be honest. What have i been up to?? Let me think?? Been doing a lot of thinking the last few days about different things thats going on in my head, some i have sorted out, some may take a little while longer and need more thinking involved but i will get there.

At the weekend on Saturday i went out to liverpool to the clubs, OMG! i am never drinking again. I am sure my drink got spiked or something lol. I hardly even drunk that much either!! But i had a brill night :) I didnt get in till 4.40am on sunday morning and then i woke up at 9 and couldnt get back to sleep. When i got up, i was still drunk!! and my room stunk of ale lol. I woke up thinking wow, i aint got a hangover. Then 11am came and right through till 3pm i was sick about 9 times!! i couldnt even keep water down, it was horrible!! I eventually stopped being sick and had a gorgous roast dinner lol

Who Invented Mud and Hills??

This is a random question but does anyone know who invented mud and hills??

because whoever did, shouldnt have as they really do serious damage to people. Yesterday i went the park with the kids from work, i had them on wrist straps. One of the kids was about to fall over and hit head on pavement so me being me, tryed to stop him by pulling him up but as i pulled him up, my leg slipped down the mud slope and i fell down and hit thigh and back on the pavement.

As i went to stand up, one of the kids pulled me and both my legs slipped again and i slid right down the mud slope jiggering my shoulder as i done it. So i know have a big black and yellow bruise on the back of my leg and thigh and a very sore shoulder :( . NEVER again am i going down a mud slope with the kids as the kids wanted to lol. Today i have been in so much pain, it hurts to sit down, it hurts to stand up. The bruise is so sore to touch :(
