Bloody hard workout tonight at bootcamp, the theme was Bring On The Wall.. I am going to be sore tomorrow esp my knees from doing lots of wall squats.. We did lots of different exericses tonight such as:
Burpees, Mountian Climbers, Sprints, Push Ups, Side Steps, Planks and lots of wall squatting.. we did do other exercises but cant really remember all of them lol.

Random Dos and Donts of the Day:
1. DONT stub your toe on a wall, it hurts :(
2. DO open a yougurt away from you, because if you open it towards you, it will spit at you like mine did.
3. DO make sure you have a lot of courage and saying no when you have to go the chippy for your mum and dad and your not having any.
